Regardless that she turns into a monster, she's still the best damn mermaid ever. I love the fact that you captured her personality while adding a few things of your own here. I love the little details on the expressions of the first 3 snakes.

[Haunted Halls]

I can see someone like Wayforward do something in the veins of this, but be a bit more of a mature kick with it. This has a lot of Castlevania inspiration in it. I like that.

When I think of platforming games with horror themes Castlevania is the first thing that comes to mind.
