Regardless that she turns into a monster, she's still the best damn mermaid ever. I love the fact that you captured her personality while adding a few things of your own here. I love the little details on the expressions of the first 3 snakes.

Thanks! And yes, she's an excellent character, and it's even reforced with their presentation on GDC
I feel the frustration here.
This is pure beauty that is art.
She is adorable. I love the fact there are small details in her hair that show its a little messy(but not too messy) while she still obtains her beautiful self.
I can see someone like Wayforward do something in the veins of this, but be a bit more of a mature kick with it. This has a lot of Castlevania inspiration in it. I like that.
When I think of platforming games with horror themes Castlevania is the first thing that comes to mind.
Now this nice to see. Seeing the Megaman 2 themes in this one.
I revisited this game recently, I dont know why King Boo looked a bit tipsy in the game(now that I think of it, he probably got a little too much tropical juice in his system). But you really nailed him here. I loved the background too. You made it look like he's gambling away but having fun at the same time.
You really nailed her personality, and she's very adorable here.
I love how adorkable you made her here. This is incredible. You really capture her silliness and her character here.
I'm just a hobbyist artist. I do art on the side, I would like to do projects of my own with other talented artists out there.
